To be eligible for a refund:

Steps to request a return:

We’ll send you instructions to return the package to our warehouse.

Once we receive and verify that the product is unused, we’ll issue your refund immediately.

Steps to report a defective product:

Take 2–3 clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

We’ll let you know how to return the item.
Once we receive and confirm the issue, we’ll process your refund right away — no hassle.
