You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Steps to request a return:

  1. Locate your order number (you’ll find it in your confirmation email).

  2. Contact us via the support icon (bottom right of the page) or email us at info@airnaze.com, including your order number and a short message requesting the return.

  3. We’ll send you instructions to return the package to our warehouse.

  4. Once we receive and verify that the product is unused, we’ll issue your refund immediately.


❌ Did Your Product Arrive Damaged or Defective?

Don’t worry — we’ll take care of it.

Steps to report a defective product:

  1. Take 2–3 clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  2. Have your order number ready (from your confirmation email).

  3. Send the photos and your order number to info@airnaze.com.

We’ll let you know how to return the item.
Once we receive and confirm the issue, we’ll process your refund right away — no hassle.
